This convertible Parafoil kite from H.Q. provides a unique advantage; it is set up to easily fly as either a Single-Line or a Dual-Line kite! And as a Parafoil, it has no frame; no need to worry about putting it together, taking it apart, storing it, breaking it, or losing parts! It also stores very easily due to the fact it can fold down so small! Great for travelling or for anyone who doesn't want to have to think too much about the boring stuff about their kite!
Please read below for information:
- Comes with everything needed to fly (no extra purchase necessary)
- We recommend you familiarize yourself with Dual-Line kites before attempting to fly them; while Dual-Line kites are not difficult, there are a few specific things necessary to properly get started and not create a headache for yourself, and they can be picky about the wind needed to fly them effectively. Conversely if you are in Lincoln City you are more than free to stop on by and we can give you instructions and information about Dual-Line Kites, as well as point you towards resources and references that can assist you.
- A word of caution; as with all of our kites, care should be taken when determining if the conditions for flying are appropriate. You do not need a lot of wind to fly the vast majority of kites; a steady 5-15mph is the ideal wind range, and anything above that can potentially damage kites, or cause unwanted or erratic behavior. Please see our Kites Information Page for more information for safe flying and handling of kites.
